  Towels, Tea Towels and Bed Linen
   
  Towels and tea towels are provided but please note that an extra £8.00 per person is charged if you require bed linen.
         
  Payment      
         
 

Booking more than six weeks in advance of your holiday we require a deposit of one third of your holiday cost. You may pay the balance at any time up to four weeks before the start of your holiday.

  Cancellation      
         
  If you cancel your booking you must immediately notify us in writing. In the case of cancellation deposits will be forfeited. We endeavour to relet the cottage and unless successful you will remain responsible for the balance of the letting.
         
  Arrival      
         
  Your cottage will be available from 2.00pm on the date of arrival.
         
  Departure      
         
  Your cottage must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
         
  Number of Guests      
         
  The number of people occupying your cottage must not exceed the number booked.
